Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at hello@evbits.ie. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 27 Beechcroft, Summerhill, Co Meath, A83 WD91. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. we recommend you send back the return with a tracking number just in case it goes missing.
Condition of Returned Items If the item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a partial refund may be issued.
Processing Time for Returns Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
International Returns For international returns, please contact us for specific instructions.
Refund Method Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for non-defective items.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@evbits.ie.
Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Warranty for Electrical Devices All electrical devices come with a one-year warranty. If your device malfunctions within one year of purchase, please contact us at hello@evbits.ie to arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
