Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:
- We offer shipping via AnPost from €7.50.
- Orders are shipped using various partners, some of which may not provide a tracking number.

Delivery Times:
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day.
- Most deliveries are completed within 2 working days. Please note, no deliveries are processed on weekends.

Tracking Information:
- If a tracking number is available, it will be provided via email or through your account on our website.

Issues and Insurance:
- In the event of lost or damaged packages, we will work promptly with you to resolve the issue.
- Insurance is included with orders that have a tracking number, providing additional security for your items.

Service Areas:
- Currently, we only ship within the island of Ireland. Plans to expand shipping to other parts of Europe and the UK are under consideration for the future.

Delays:
- Customers will be informed via email if there are any delays in shipping.
